Our sessions will be a collaborative process, designed to meet you where you are and guide you towards where you want to be.

I can offer both short-term counselling for specific issues and long-term counselling for more complex or deep-seated concerns. We will discuss what feels right for you during our initial chat.
I offer both in-person counselling and online, face-to-face sessions to ensure you can access support in a way that feels most comfortable for you. In-person sessions provide a private space where you can disconnect from your daily life and focus entirely on your wellbeing. This can be particularly beneficial if you prefer a traditional therapeutic setting and value the direct connection of being in the same room.
For those who need more flexibility, online counselling offers the convenience and comfort of having a session from your own home. This option is ideal if you have a busy schedule, live a distance from High Wycombe, or simply feel more at ease in a familiar environment.

Payment is made at the end of each session by bank transfer or cash. I believe it's important that we both feel comfortable working together, so I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have before we begin.
